Not like the book? (Angels and Demons Movie)

Ok, so i recently just watched the Angels and Demons movie, and if i were to rate it from 1-5, 5 as the highest, it would probably be 3. I liked the special effects, and the casting (oh my gawwwd, Tom Hanks is AWESOME) a lot. The only problem is, like most movies, they didn't exactly follow the book. That is what most people say when they read a certain book before watching the movie. It's not like the book, it's so like the book, this and that. In this case, it was practically summarized to the point the important characters from the book wasn't even mentioned and scenes were changed. One scene that really disappointed me was [SPOILER ALERT] when the Camerlengo (played by Ewan Mcgregor), after being caught as the suspect of all the murders, killed himself immediately after the truth was known. It dissapointed me because i knew that this was one of the most important scenes in the book. The camerlengo wasn't supposed to commit suicide right after he saw the angry cardinals' faces. But anyway, no need to tell the whole story here. It was going on OK for me until that scene. I accepted the fact that they summarized the whole thing and went straight to the point. Besides, the book was so long and the movie reached more than 2 hours (already summarized) so i don't blame them (the makers) if they missed some parts. Sorry, just can't help but be dissapointed (only with that scene).

When you break up...

Here are some tips when you break up with a person:

1. When you say that you are gonna break up with him/her, mean it, don't have any doubts because when you do, you might regret what your doing.

2. When that person tries to call you, beg you, do not be kind. Keep in your mind that you have broken up with this person, otherwise, there's a big chance that you may fall in to his/her arms again.

3. After breaking up, when that person wants to meet with you to talk about things again, do not go. Say that what's final is final. You'll never know, when you to meet again, you'll probably end up at the movies or go to a "making up dinner"

4. Maintain your distance with him/her. Why the heck will you break up with someone and still hang out with him/her, saying that your sorry, or trying to talk him out of being miserable. Oh come on, he may or may not get over it, but you sticking around will make him think he has a chance.

5.Let's face it, there's never a "let's be friends only" or "we can be friends" that comes true, and if it does, perhaps 5% of those people only accomplish it. Lucky :p

6. When your breaking up with someone, do it for a good reason. Not just because he/she was late for dinner one time, or he forgot to call you the other night. Seriously, it's stupid. Do it because your sure, not because your just plain angry.

Just a little something something that i just thought of writing. Any arguments about the given tips are welcomed. And for some help in the field of romance, call me, the love guru at 800-iamstupid. Nahhh just joking.

That was just a piece of advice for those who want to break up with someone but for some reason don't know how. Not out of my personal experience x) Auf Weidersehen

Star Trek-ed

Hello World! This is my first official blog on this site. Hope i won't treat this like my others sites which are probably dead by now.

Anyways, to start this blog off, i'd like to give my comments about the movie i have recently watched, "Star Trek". And i gotta say, it was pretty awesome, considering the fact that i never watched a single episode in my life, nor the movie before the more recent one. I've always considered the show, well, "geeky" (sorry for those i have offended, but at least i'm starting to like it ;) ). And i have developed i minor crush James Kirk (played by Chris Pine) and Spock (played by Zachary Quinto) but since Spock is taken, i'll take my chances with James Kirk <3>

If anyone miraculously reads this blog, i'd appreciate it if you help me managing this site bec. i'm still not used to this. As for now, Auf Weidersehen =)
